The owners and staff at Crystal Shores would like to welcome all guests to our property! This page is dedicated to informing guests of our amenities, key fob access, and parking . We have outlined some property rules to insure all guests enjoy their stay.
We ask that all guests do their part to keep our property and beaches beautiful by placing all trash in trash chutes and the trashcans provided on the beach and on property.
The safety of our guests is important so we've attached a photo of the Beach Warning Flags sign below. Please take time to familiarize yourself with what each flag means so you can enjoy your time safely on the beach.

Crystal Shores uses key fobs that allow access to our pool, beach, fitness center, game room, and storage area. Each fob is unique to a specific unit and should not be shared. In combination with our security cameras, the fobs provide security for our building. We can trace each fob and fob swipe back to a specific unit. If there is any trespassing or damage traced back to a unit, that guest will be liable for repairs. To use, hold your fob to the #8 on the keypad to unlock that door or gate. If you have a fob that is not working properly contact the owner, rental management company, or Coastline Management staff to trade it in for a free replacement. There is a fee to replace lost key fobs.

The association has provided 6 fobs to every unit. The maximum guests allowed in each unit is 6 so each unit should have a fob for each guest. All guests should have their fob on them while using the beach or condo amenities. Any guest that does not have a fob on them will be asked to leave. If the unit you rented does not have 6 fobs in it, contact the rental management company or owner you rented from.
All vehicles must have an official Crystal Shores issued parking pass completely filled out and hanging from the rear view mirror at all times. A parking pass should be issued from the unit owner or property management company you rented from. On site security will boot or tow any vehicle that does not have the appropriate parking pass visible at all times. There is a $100 fee to get the boot removed. Do not park in a numbered parking space unless authorized by the owner of that parking space. No trailers, boats or oversized vehicles are allowed on the Crystal Shores premises.
01. All renters, guests, and owners are required to follow the Parking Policy. All vehicles are required to clearly display an Owner Decal or FULLY completed guest parking pass on dashboard or rear view mirror. Improperly Parked or Prohibited Vehicles are subject to towing at vehicle owner expense. Do not park in numbered spaces unless authorized by owner.
02. Occupancy for all units at Crystal Shores is limited to no more than 6. If there are more than 6 people in a unit a fine will be imposed and the party will be asked to vacate the unit.
03. Please Supervise your Children. No unsupervised children under the age of 12 are allowed in the pool areas. You must be 16 or older to use the exercise or game room without adult supervision. Please familiarize yourself with the rules of the pool and other common areas. Everyone is expected to know and follow these rules. Parents will be held responsible for the actions of their children.
04. No Smoking in units or balcony unless approved by owners. Smoking is prohibited on the pool deck, hallways and any common areas. The only designated smoking areas are marked at the back of the ground level garage or second level parking deck. Charcoal and Gas Grilling are allowed ONLY in the designated grilling area on the east side of the building.
05. Fireworks and Flammables are prohibited by the City of Gulf Shores and on the Crystal Shores Grounds.
06. Be Courteous of Others. Music and other activities should not disturb other guests. Audio and music should be confined to inside units between the hours of 10pm and 9am.
07. Pets are not allowed at Crystal Shores
08. Feeding birds from the balconies is prohibited. Hanging towels, banners, flags or clothing from the balcony rail is prohibited. Please do not throw anything from the balcony.
09. Disposal of trash generated from within building's units:
Trash from normal occupancy may be disposed of in a 13 gallon trash bag and placed in the trash chute located on each floor at the east end of the walkway. Any trash from the unit too large to fit loosely into the trash chute, should not be placed in or forced into the trash chute, but deposited in the trash room on the main floor at the east end of the building.
Trash from any remodeling or work undertaken by a contractor should be transported to a disposal facility and is the contractor's responsibility to remove from the premises. Removal of used appliances is the responsibility of the owner.
10. Disturbing noises from within units:
Do not make or permit any disturbing noises, loud music/audio, or activity that will interfere with other Owners/Guests. All audio/sound shall be confined within a Unit between the hours of 10 PM to 9 AM. No noisy construction/repair (except for emergency repair) shall be allowed unless during the hours from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday.
